Frequently asked questions

Indian and Nepali citizens do not need a visa for each other's country, but every passenger must carry a valid government photo ID (such as a passport or voter ID). Documents are checked at boarding and may be checked at the Rupaidiha ⇄ Jamunaha border. Requirements can change — please confirm current rules before travelling.

The road distance is roughly 1,300 km and the coach takes about 30 hours including meal halts and the border crossing. Nepal runs on NPT (15 minutes ahead of IST), so arrival times are shown in Nepal time.

You pay directly to the company's UPI ID shown at checkout, then submit either a payment screenshot or the UPI transaction (UTR) number. Our team manually verifies every payment; your seat is held meanwhile and your e-ticket is released the moment we confirm it.

As soon as your payment is verified (usually within 30 minutes during 9 AM – 9 PM IST), your booking status changes to Confirmed and a branded PDF ticket with a boarding QR code becomes available to download.

Yes — cancellations and one-time rescheduling are allowed as per the timelines in our Ticket Booking Terms (for example, higher refunds the earlier you cancel; no refund for no-shows). See the Terms & Conditions page for the exact policy.

Each passenger may carry one suitcase (up to ~20 kg) plus one cabin bag free. All luggage must comply with Indian and Nepali customs rules — prohibited or commercial goods cannot be carried as personal baggage. For commercial cargo, use our import–export service instead.

    These 10-digit numbers are refused at checkout (see Terms — Blacklist Policy). Appeals in writing or in person at the Mehsana office.

    Approve agent requests, watch fraud flags, settle commissions and payout requests. All money moves are settled offline (UPI/cash) and only recorded here.
